Do I need to register to complete the purchase?

No, you do not need to be registered on our site to make a purchase.

However, registration is fast, free, safe and gives you many advantages:

- Save your delivery preferences

- Request returns and check your refund status online

How can I check the status of my delivery?

As items in your order ship, you will receive emails with tracking information and any updates regarding the status of your order.

If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the My Orders section.

Can I change my order before it ships?

You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact our Customer Services Department immediately so that they can verify the status of your request.
